California Mentor Foundation Grant Awards
The California Mentor Foundation works everyday to raise funds for grant making capabilities.
We will be announcing grant opportunities on the website so please check regularly.
We are proud to have made just over $1 million dollars in grants over the past ten years.

Your grant proposal should include the following:

- The history, background, and accomplishments of your mentor program
- How many mentor /mentee matches your prorgam currently serves, and any plans for future growth and development
- Your top three funding priorities
- Your program's current operating budget
- A list of your other funding sources (corporations, foundations, etc.) and the level of funding support
- A list of your Board of Director's
